Management Team

A 30 year veteran of the automatic identification & data capture industry, Steve’s specialties are in the printer/media business and bar code verification & print quality control.

Steve also has extensive experience in operations. Prior to joining Control Solutions, Steve managed subsidiary companies for Stork B.V. (Holland) and for Axicode International (U.K.) in the U.S.

Steve is a former chairperson for several AIM US committees. He assisted in the development and design of a bar code verification product line manufactured in Germany. Steve also helped to pioneer the pressure sensitive label industry in  the development of bar code labeling products for the blood collection industry and the printed circuit board industry with York Tape & Label in the late 1970’s.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism degree from Ohio University, where (post graduation) he assisted in establishing the first automatic identification and data capture curriculum for college level students in the College of Industrial Engineering under the leadership of Dr. James Fales and AIM U.S.
